During my 40-year career as a Professor and Researcher, I founded educational as well as research institutions in Armenia, Russia and Algeria. I had received a number of diplomas and awards from different national and international organizations, including prizes from various scientific and educational institutions. As a Professor, I have worked in institutes and universities in Armenia, Russia and Algeria. I have more then 220 scientific publications in Russian, Armenian, French and English. I have published 14 manuals, which are officially recommended for educational institutions. I have presented the traffic-safety lectures, including 32 keynote addresses, in more than 20 countries (Russia, USA, Canada, France, India, Greece, Algeria, Belarus, Ukraine, Latvia, Latvia, Estonia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, etc.).
